- Marsala at Tiburon is one of the 10 Communities of Tiburon Estates.
- All Homeowners are members of these two HOA’s
- Tiburon Estates HOA (TEHOA) is responsible for all assets and activities that are within and common to the 10 Tiburon Communities (Roads, Access, etc).
- Marsala at Tiburon HOA (MaTHOA) is responsible for the assets inside Marsala (access system, streets, interior common areas and irrigation water supply).
